At Oliver Roberts Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
