How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store them in the provided Oliver Roberts pouch when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
